Marc Grutka
Born in Syracuse, NY, Marc attended Costal Carolina in Myrtle Beach after High School. He then finished his college career at Faulkner University, a NAIA school. He had 7 homeruns in his first 60 at bats before an injury ended his season. He then played 2nd base in the Frontier League in 2004 for the Evansville Otters before his mom’s death ended his playing career.
Before coming to LBA, Marc was an instructor at Fabius Baseball Academy in Fabius, New York as an infield/hitting instructor. Marc’s brother Andrew plays baseball at Florida Southern College. Marc has been with LBA since February 2007 and is very popular with the students at LBA.
